"This is a response to a review that I did a couple of months ago. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
