"Andrew, thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate our customers' feedback, good and bad as it helps us grow. After reviewing the job and phone calls we see the main estimate you signed included a statement, that we cannot camera the line if the drain is clogged or if any obstruction are present. There is no way to know the length of a sewer without videoing the lines unless the original plans are available. Therefore, it would be impossible to credit a portion of work. Prior to the start of work our technician did give you a $155 deduction and waived the service fee of $69, equaling a $225 discount on the work. Our goal is for quality work with every job and we understand if you feel we missed the mark. We do hope to have the opportunity to rectify your experience in the future."
