"From the moment we inquired about services to job completion, we had a great experience working with Air Quality Concepts for our HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The owner Charles was incredibly prompt with communication and took the time to answer all our questions about the cleaning process prior to scheduling. We were so impressed by how personable, hard-working, thorough, and efficient our technicians Austin and Michael were when they cleaned our two HVAC systems. They were very attentive to the issues we have been having with our indoor air quality as we navigate mold remediation and health concerns. The company’s customer care was genuine and so appreciated, and the cost of services was very reasonable. We already feel more comfortable in our home knowing we are breathing cleaner air!
