We were never given the opportunity to resolve the mold issue if present. We were not aware of this until we received your email after the matter and responded right away that we would be happy to take care of that for you and resolve any mold issue at no cost to you. Additionally, we have asked for all invoices that you say you have incurred to be emailed to us to review any reimbursements you are requesting and still have not received any documents. Please let us know how you would like to proceed and provide a date and time that works best for you, so we can gain access to complete the necessary work to finalize the project to your satisfaction.
