"My water old softener was not functioning. They came and looked at it and said it was probably not fixable . They offered to take the control unit back to their office and maybe they could fix it. They were more enthusiastic about selling me a new system . They offered to give me a price break if I purchased a new system within a certain time frame. I told them I would consider it. Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."

"If you have brown water, talk to Action Well and Pump. My water was so full of magnesium and manganese that the county told me not to drink it so I lived on bottled water for 10 years. My clothes were brown (regardless of their original color) and so full of minerals that they were stiff. I looked and researched for a filtration system but was unimpressed with the responses from other providers. They would either tell me their system would not help me (at least they were honest!) or would say "sure our softening and filtration system will take care of it for $12K - $15K" until I wanted a guarantee. Finally, I asked Action Well and Pump if they could help me. They had provided repairs on my well, so I had a good opinion of them already. They explained how the Sidewinder worked. No softener was needed. No salt. And it worked spectacularly! I now can have white clothing that stays white. I am so grateful! Also, the cost was a third of what everyone else was quoting me for systems that would not solve my problem."

Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system.
