He did have to make two or three trips for parts, which he probably should have had on his truck. He charges by the hour, so those trips can jack up the cost. He did replace a valve on my hot water heater for around $278.00, which is rather expensive. I would use JT's plumbing again, but would shop around a little first for a contractor who works by the job, not by the hour."
