"Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the sales manager and installers were professional, friendly, & helpful. Our water softening system was installed within days of our purchase and has worked beautifully. We had some other work done in the area where the water softening system is and when they had to temporarily move the brine tank, they twisted the float, causing it to malfunction. When we discovered it and called Kinetico, they were here the same day to fix it. Not only did they sell their product for a good price, they provide great customer service after the sale. I highly recommend them."

"Top notch service, quick delivery and installation, and amazing results. I thought my water quality was good until I saw the test results. I had a professionally installed water system for the last ten years so I figured I was good to go, but I wasnâ t. Bobby responded quickly and showed genuine concern for my family and how my water quality could affect them. He recommended a system designed to correct the problem and had it up and running in less than a week. I was very happy with my experience then after having experienced what a proper system could do I was blown away! Water is something we take for granted and if itâ s clear we assume itâ s good, donâ t make the mistake I did. Call Bobby and have your system checked!"

"We bought the whole-house system and added alkaline. The removal of toxins made clear improvements to the taste of our water, our skin and hair. I am SO happy that we no longer need to buy water bottles!! Martin provided topnotch service. I strongly recommend NC Water Filtration and their products."

"Fantastic Experience. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest enough to tell me I didn't need what I thought I needed. Saved me hundreds of dollars at least!"

"The owner was very knowledgeable and honest and fulfilled everything he promised. The technicians were Respectful and hardworking. We were very pleased with install from start to finish and highly recommend freedom heating and air. The owner also gave us a military discount, which was very helpful."

"QH20 promptly called me back on the holiday weekend when I was searching for a contractor. The other contractors didn’t respond until after the July 4th Holiday weekend. The QH20 crew promptly and efficiently replaced my 31 year old water filtration system tank with the new filtration tank Product in a couple of hours after arriving with no mess. I had to depressurize and drain my old system tank twice a year to install a calcite medium, but the QH20 new system only needs maintenance servicing by QH20 every few years or so as per QH20. My old system was very loud and vibrated a lot, and we cannot even hear the new one back flushing. I have Iron water, and the new system is doing a good job with the iron so far."
