"I am truly still blown away by the incredibly service we received from JD Trees. I was contacted within minutes of submitting our tree project and they were close to my home so came right by to check out our trees. I was given an extremely fair estimate on site and asked if Iâ d like the trees removed that day. Um, yea! They returned 2 hours later with a crew of 5 men, cut down both huge trees, buried them back in our woods, removed both stumps and impeccably cleaned everything up before heading out. "Just wanted to give a shout out to Oscar's Tree Service. Excellent customer service. They came for a free estimate within 24 hours, they began the work within 3 days. Their customer service representative called me the morning of the work day to confirm what time they expected to arrive and she called me again to tell me they were on their way. She was easy to reach when I had questions, very professional and friendly. We had a tree removed, and several large trees trimmed down. The work men were polite and professional. They got straight to work, checked with me that all was as I wanted and then cleaned up to perfection. Rates were reasonable also. I got a call afterwards asking if all was to my satisfaction. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible."
