Highly recommend Mark and team.

They do a great job. They are a little slow to do the work once they quote it. If you are patient they are worth the wait.

I had some large Birch, Maple, Magnolia, and Pine trees that needed to be pruned up and branches taken out of them, and the canopy lifted. 

You call the guy out, he comes out and walks the yard with you. You talk to him about what you think you need done. He will confirm or maybe approach it differently. He can identify an issue that you might not be aware of. His price was better, relative to the competition.

He is very good. We have used them multiple times. The gentleman who owns the service is a certified Arborist and is university trained. He will advise you on what you need to do, as well as what you don't need to do. He doesn't just come in and take trees and limbs down arbitrarily. He will tell you what you don't need to deal with right now. He has a crew of about five guys that come in and get the work done, and they clean up their mess. Both him and his crew are very professional.

I can't think on anything they could improve on from this visit. I don't think he's the cheapest guy out there, but he's in line with everybody else.

This is the second time that we have used Timber Tree Service.  I have not been disappointed either time.  Mark came out and looked everything over; told us what he thought needed to be done and even recommended taking out the Bradford Pear.  He gave us a price before he left.  Taking out that Bradford Pear made a huge difference in looks of the yard.  Great idea!!!

The crew that showed up to do the work were very professional, hard working men who did an outstanding job.  They were all very pleasant and friendly and got the job done quickly.   They clean up and you never knew they had been there removing and pruning trees.

The job was great from start to finish.  We called on a Wednesday afternoon after I was outside and almost hit by a piece of dead tree that fell from nearly 40 feet.  Mark had previously provided a quote and was able to schedule the work Saturday.  Mark and his crew were very punctual and got work at the exact time they said they would on Saturday.  Mark went back over what we wanted to do and told me his guys would take care of everything.  He introduced me to his crew and then left his guys to it.  His crew was amazing to watch!  My fiancee and I literally sat outside and watched them for hours.  They were very open to answering questions and asked our opinion when it was warranted to ensure we would be happy with the work.   Mark returned a few times to check on his guys and ask if everything was going alright.  Needless to say, the yard looks amazing and his price was extremely reasonable.  His crew cleaned up better than I could have imagined and when they were done it was almost impossible to tell any work had been done that day.  We will definitely be using Timber Hill for ALL of our tree services in the future!

We were buying a house that had a large, dead tree on it.  I contacted Timber Hill Tree Service about removal of the tree.  They were less expensive than any other service I contacted and a pleasure to deal with.  The tree came down a few days after closing and we were extremely happy with the job they did.

They were very prompt, professional, and they cleaned up the yard very well.

This is just the most recent time I have used their services but I have been using Timber Hill for more than 15 years.  They do a fantastic job at a very fair price and they always completely clean up afterwards.  I have recommended them to all my friends and I would not use any other tree service. And let me say, the first time I used them, his quote came in much lower than the other two.  It made me a little uneasy.  I asked why he was so much lower and he said because he gives  a fair price right up front.  I still didn't totally trust him and made his insurance provider fax me a copy of his coverage.  I went ahead and gave him the job.  Sure enough, I started getting calls from the other two companies offering to give me a "one time" big discount because they had a last minute cancellation and wanted to "keep their crews working".  I love that Mark was up front from the beginning.   He has done plenty of work for me over the years.  I told him one time that I had $500 and asked him to come out and do $500 worth of work on my trees (raising the canopy, cutting away dead branches, etc.).  I have a ton of trees.  He left me a bill for under $300 saying I didn't have $500 worth of work for him!  THAT is how honest he is.  I absolutely love this company.
