"I am truly still blown away by the incredibly service we received from JD Trees. I was contacted within minutes of submitting our tree project and they were close to my home so came right by to check out our trees. I was given an extremely fair estimate on site and asked if Iâ d like the trees removed that day. Um, yea! They returned 2 hours later with a crew of 5 men, cut down both huge trees, buried them back in our woods, removed both stumps and impeccably cleaned everything up before heading out. All in all, it took about an hour and we were just seriously blown away! "i had lost a tree in the recent Charlotte storms. it had snapped off about 20' up but did not come completely down and was leaning against other trees (all that was keeping it from landing on my shed). Requested 4-quotes from Angie's list and Drew was the first to call and come out. He said he could take it down two days later, gave me a price and i gave him the project. Drew and his team show up as scheduled and started the project. We had him take down 3-additional trees and grind all the stumps. He did not complete the job on the first day (we added more to the project) and said would be back in two days (still fighting the rain). He did not ask for any payment until project completed. Came back and finished as promised. My yard was a muddy mess from all the rain, on a slope, but his team carried all the logs from the back yard to the street and swept up the street when done. Outstanding professionalism and project well done. Would definitely recommend Drew and his company."
