Great! The men knew exactly what to do and were most professional and knowledgeable about the trees. They were nice to work with as well. Allen had diagramed the work to be done and the guys took it from there. I couldn't have ask for a better crew!

The crew really knew what they were doing...the work I had requested was accurately reflected on the written job order, and the crew executed to a 't'. They cleaned up after themselves...I could hardly tell they had been here, except the work had been completed. Thanks...this is the 2nd time I've used Davey in Charlotte, and will do it again the the future

The reps from Davey Tree service that I dealt with were all extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. I have read other comments that considered this service a little pricey, but I am a firm believer of the "you get what you pay for" philosophy. The degree of expertise, the developed systems that were employed and the caliber of workmanship that Davey Tree Service offers are a level of service that far surpasses what I have previously encountered in this industry.

Great! I had a lower bid from another company, but they were unresponsive, and Davey matched the lower bid, so I went with them.

Used Davey to remove a Sweet Gum tree from my front yard, grind the stump and trim 3 Crape Myrtles. I worked with Matt via email. He was very responsive and all the work was done in a timely manner. They forgot to remove some roots from my yard that we had discussed. I contacted Matt who said they would take care of them immediately. They were taken care of immediately. I recommend this company and will use again.

It was fine. They called, they came and they did it. It just doesn't happen that way with other companies. I called five companies the first time I needed someone and no one called me back. Then, a friend had Davey come out and do hers and that's why I called them. Someone had told me that they came and did hers. They came which was the most important thing. They did a good job at cleaning up and all that. The cost was comparable to anybody else around. We've used them twice. I had some other estimates before I used Davey and they were all about the same. Quality was fine. They came, they did the job and they cleaned up. We were happy.

I Actually didn't like it, I thought the guy was pushy he sold me on a service that I thought was a one time fertilizing thing and end up he kept coming out, he came out the next year and did the fertilizing without telling you and then charge me two hundred and ninety bucks. Just make sure you know what your signing up for if your signing up for anything.

It worked out well. I liked their punctuality and quality of service. My interaction with them was fine. The work turned out great. They were good at their job.

We had issue with one tree that they did but everything else was good. It was fine. They should ask more questions about how we want things trimmed.
