I have been in the Window Cleaning business since 2003 and I take great pride in my work and customer satisfaction! All windows are cleaned by hand. We use squeegees and a window cleaning solution designed for squeegees to ensure streak free results and windows that stay cleaner, longer.

"Ruben did a great job! He was a little handicapped by having to do all the work himself and it took a few days, but the benefit was having Ruben do the work as he is a hard worker who does things right and goes the extra mile. We had rain on and off all week, so we had to work out scheduling for Ruben as he had other customers, but all worked out fine. We were getting ready to put the house on the market to sell and had have Ruben do the work in the past and was always impressed with his work ethic and the results. He cleaned the windows, inside and out, they came out great and even a few weeks later still look great. Ruben low pressure washed the house including the front which was filthy due to facing north (little sun) and me being lazy. The whole house (all brick) came out great and the front almost sparkling. Ruben polished the gutters, most came out fine, but due to the age of the gutters (13 years) and not being cleaned in a while, he had to be careful not to strip the covering off the white gutters, they still look much better than they did. Also had him low pressure wash the deck (Trex and wood) along with the pavers and all came out great. We love working with Ruben, he is a great guy and does awesome work. Hope to hire him at the new house once we are settled and need it cleaned."

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. I have called numerous times, sent messages numerous times, it is now August and gutters are not repaired. I left a 1 star review several weeks ago and I finally got a return call. Tracey from their office assured me a project manager would contact me within 24 hours. No one has called. Gutters still leaking. I will say it again, DO NOT HIRE HOME GENIUS. Poor quality work. No customer service. Sales representative told us there was a warranty. They Lie. "
