Oliver and his crew were incredible. Watching them work was actually an amazing experience. We needed a lot of trees cut down and they got the whole job done in just over 1 day, with stump removal occurring the following week. Their price was very fair and he got me on the schedule pretty quick, which is crazy considering how backed up everybody is these days. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Oliver and Absolute Tree. (704-737-8771). We had a 60’+ tree that died in our front yard. We had reached out to numerous tree service companies to discuss removal it. Oliver from the start was responsive to my inquiry. He reached out and told me when he would be out to look at the tree. He showed up as he said he would, which seems to be a rarity for most contractors, and gave me a very competitive quite to remove the tree. It was clear Oliver understood his craft and gave me a level of comfort that he could take this very large tree down safely without jeopardizing our home or landscaping. The day of the removal, Oliver reached out to give us the eta of the crew. Robert the crew chief and team of guys showed up and shared the removal plan and got to work. They took the tree down and had my yard looking as clean as when they arrived. All in 1 1/2 hours!!! The entire crew was great and Oliver also showed up to the site to check on the progress. We could not be happier with Oliver and his entire team at Absolute Tree! You have any tree service need, save yourself the time and just call Oliver! You will not regret it.

I talked to someone instantly, Oliver came out the same day to give me an estimate. Less then 2 weeks later he and his team showed up on time! They were all extremely respectful. Hard working and extremely knowledgeable on the tasks! They worked hard and as a team! And got the job done better the. I would have expected! I have more work I need done and they are the ones I'm going to hire. Also I will tell all my friends and family them! And would recommend them to anyone! Absolutely amazing team! 5 STARS !

I had called several tree companies and it seemed to me, as soon as I stated an estimate was needed they lost interest. My 3rd call was to Absolute and they called back the same day. Oliver came out the next day, looked the situation over and gave me a written quote that would be good for 6 months providing something wasn't changed from the weather/storm. When I decided to move ahead with the work, I called and within a very few days, the work was done, They arrived, started to work right away and within about 4 1/2 hours were finished. They were trimming/cutting 2 small trees and clearing out deadwood from 5 other very large trees, chipping small stuff and loading very large stuff to haul off. I was quite impressed with their efficiency and safety as they were climbing the trees and not using a bucket to reach the really high places. By the time the last truck left, everything was cleaned up, and except for some sawdust, you could not really tell they were here. They were so kind to also blow off my roof and my driveway, My beautiful trees generate a lot of mess with leaves. They were definitely very professional, steady, personable, and hard workers. I will now feel safer with my beautiful, large/tall trees when we get the next storm that causes trouble for Mother Nature. I really hope I don't have the need for a tree company again, but with as many trees as I have there will more than likely be a need in the future and if the occasion occurs, I will definitely not hesitate to call them.

Oliver and his crew were awesome. Oliver was quick to get out and give me an estimate for the work and was able to fit me into his schedule sooner than expected. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They did great work and left the yard cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Absolute Tree Experts.

Just outstanding service from Absolute Tree Experts!!! We got several quotes from other tree service companies but Absolute was the most responsive and honest about their back log of work and the work we wanted done. They even talked us out of removing several trees that we were worried about that were actually healthy and safely growing. Oliver and his crew were excellent in all aspects of the tree work we received. From the very first contact to final work they were very professional, punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, and adhered to all safety standards. A great team all around and very honest, genuine, sincere and great and fair priced. They arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work and were very hard working and efficient. They removed a couple trees damaged from storms and pruned and dead wooded several more all at the agreed price. They cleaned our property and left it better than when they arrived!! I've used Absolute Tree experts about 10 years for the same service completed this time. Trees were taken down and/or trimmed to cleanup the yard. Looks great and Oliver and the crew did what was promised!

The arborist said we needed half a day of work so it would be $1,100. The guys came and were here for a total of 90 minutes. The next week a huge limb fell off of one of the trees they worked on in my yard. I called to see if they could take it away and they said they'd get back to me in four days to let me know. After you pay someone $1,100 dollars for 90 minutes of work, you expect to be treated better. But he just shouted at me. There are lots of tree services out there.

Tree work is our profession and our livelihood. Our team is tight and sufficient. Before we did [Member Name Removed]’s job , we added 3 tree technicians to our team wich allows us to do significantly more in a shorter time frame. We performed well and completed her job including everything that was on the work order she agreed to. After a severe thunderstorm yesterday May 22nd, [Member Name Removed] had called us in a very rude manner, blaming us for wind damage to a tree we had worked on, as if we could control weather patterns with our Absolute Tree Experts Harry Potter storm wand. Had [Member Name Removed] called without an it’s all your fault attitude,we would have been more than happy to assess the situation and try to figure out a way to make it right. Anyone can look through our 13 year history with Angie’s list and see for themselves. We do quality work and 99 percent of our customers love us. There were wind speeds clocked at over 80 mph in that thunderstorm that went through the Charlotte area May 22nd. BUT HER TREE BROKE BECAUSE WE DID THE JOB TO FAST."

Oliver and Jon were fabulous to work with. Jon was prompt for the estimate and knew trees well. Oliver and his team accommodated last minute changes and cleaned up all debris very well. Definitely will use Absolute Tree Experts again.

These guys are great. We had tried to get someone else out to give us a price and 2 companies didn't even bother to return our calls. Absolute called back the same day, made an appointment for an estimator/arborist to come out and look at the work and give us a quote. He was knowledgeable and told us which trees appeared to be in danger. He said they would be out the following week, providing there were no severe storms. They called Sunday evening to say they would be out Monday and they arrived promptly and did an excellent job. The owner was onsite as well and it was clear they are a dedicated, professional team. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Absolute Tree Experts to get an estimate and they returned my call almost immediately. I’m used to MAYBE getting a call back after several days. Oliver, the owner, called me and we reviewed the work we needed to do. He sent Jon, his estimator, on the same day to give me an to talk with me. Jon was very knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions on the work we required. Work started the next day! The work went very well. Workers Were doing our job during severe heat days and could only work 1/2 days. Temperatures were close to 100 degrees for several days. They worked extremely hard and cleaned up after each day. Their tree climbers were very talented and were true experts. We had a lot of plants, decorative trees, and flowers they needed to watch out for and they did not damage any of them. Some trees were close to the house and they knew exactly how to handle those threes as well. They also gave me the option of using all the mulch they created. They hauled away all the large tree trunks and branches their chipper could be handle. I highly recommend this company and will use again in the future. Their response to my calls and requests were lightning fast. They were very professional, and they came on time every day. They worked extremely hard during very hot weather. Great customer service!!

We had two large (~40-ish feet) evergreen trees fall during weather from hurricane Matthew, barely missing the house, blocking our back door entirely and destroying part of our fencing. They were able to work us into their schedule, despite their long backlog of work (along with every other service out there), after noticing how disruptive the fallen trees were to our living situation. These guys know their trade. They were professional. The price was fair. The job was done faster than expected. Brilliant work, all around.

These guys are the best! This is the second time I've used them - see my review of 3/18/13. This was a delicate operation as this dead tree was right next to the house and in the middle of an ornamental garden. They were amazing with their creative removal of the tree with NO collatoral damage! Cleaned everything up as it was before their arrival and as a bonus left me a full truckload of chips for future use as mulch. Well done guys! Highly recommended!

Excellent. The tree was large and could have damaged our house or a neighbor's house if not taken down correctly. They took the time to de-limb almost all of the tree first before felling it perfectly where it was most safe. This is the 2nd time we've used this crew, and we would gladly do it again.

It took a while for them to get to the job due to other commitments and equipment problems but once they got here they were very nice, quick with the work and cleaned up very well.
