"The flooring installed over two years ago had developed a few separations at some plank ends. I talked to Carlos and he arranged for Armstrong ( the manufacturer) to check the floor for defects. Their tech inspected the floor and found no material defect, at which point Carlos sent a technician to repair the floor. I had originally offered to pay for the repair since the floor was well over two years old and past the “My Floor” warranty, but they declined charging anything. It’s refreshing to deal with a contractor that is dependable and proud of his work. I highly recommend these people for anyone considering a flooring project.."
