They were able to come out and talk to me about other trees in my yard. They did do some follow up. They tried to sell me mosquito killer, but I didn't follow through on that.

My advice is to find another tree company because this bunch cannot be trusted. Our experience was a fiasco and we regret ever calling them. They used vague language in their written proposal and found a way to weasel out of doing what we hired them to do. They also caused damage at my property that they have not yet repaired, although they claim they will eventually get around to it, but it happened several weeks ago. We have been extremely frustrated by their unprofessional behavior and if you deal with them, do it at your own risk. We had a smooth talking salesman tell us one thing and the work crew that told us another. Then everyone denied ever promising anything to anyone. Meanwhile we were left with a mess instead of a finished job and a "tough crap" response from the company. Lesson learned. We'll be more careful about deceptive language in written estimates and obviously will never deal with this shady operation again.

From the beginning, we felt comfortable with Schneider. They were very easy to talk to and ask questions of when we got our quote. Our tree was very difficult because of the large size and the close proximity to our home. They took great care in being safe with handling the tree and made sure they communicated every step of the process. It took a little longer than they had expected, but this is because they wanted to make sure the guys working were safe as well as being careful not hurt our home or patio area. They were focused on doing it right. Any question or concern we had, they answered or corrected promptly with no questions asked. We were very pleased with the price and work. We would definitely recommend them!

Recently I had called because I was seeing some green branches on the ground from the trees. Very promptly, Josh came by with his boss who happened to be in the area and they determined that squirrels were chewing the branches. (I need that hawk to come back around). They charged me nothing for the service call and also pointed out some other things with my trees.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough for professionalism and service and price.

We've used Schneider for tree removal and pruning, and are now using their expertise to preserve and maintain our trees. They are professional, knowledgeable, and communicate all aspects of their work clearly. The arborists call in advance before arriving and are accurate in their arrival updates.

The team of Rob, Thomas and Tracy were very professional. They did the job as was contracted and were very knowledgeable about trees, suggesting what to prune and not to prune. They took all the necessary safety precautions in doing their work and acted with the upmost of care. They cleaned up the site before leaving, very much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the company and in particualr this crew to anyone who needs this kind of work in the future.

This service was performed at our congregation property. We were told the date the work would be done and it was. The site was left absolutely neat and clean. They had to remove 2 tree stumps also that were not in the mulched area. Definitely would use them again.

Estimator came out about a week before the job, documented requirements for signature. Service team arrived on time, performed all required work and checked in with me before leaving. Work was all perrormed as agreed, and cleanup was complete.

They did not arrive on time. The people were nice and pretty much did what they were asked to accomplish. There was one large tree they were not sure where to fall the tree. After serveral conversations with the home office they removed two Azalea's and other plants. The tree did not fall where they planned but on several othervery large bushes. They tried to fix the damage and replanted the two Azalea's which after a week died (yes, I did water) I called them they sent someone out to review and no response from them about the plants. Not happy

They arrived on time and ready to work. The Project Manager/Arborist was there, too, and started the team off and they were all very nice, professional, and good at their jobs. The price was a little more than i wanted to spend, but the quality of work was worth it - especially for a complicated job like this. They've been back once since, and I would call them again in a heartbeat should I need them.
