One of the best companies in this business. Pat the owner and his employees like Edward Villalovos are very professional and stand by their sales and service after sales. They did install the system in the year 2017 and recently I had an issue Pat the owner sent his technician right away and resolved my issue. Highly recommend them.

I had 3 different water treatment companies come out and discuss my needs and they each presented me with a quote. Not only was Advanced Water Systens the best price but the others didnâ t really listen. Or if they did listen they completely missed the mark by presenting a computer generated quote with tons of errors with no human thought or care whatsoever behind the scenes. I told the owner that praised himself so much for being in the business 30 years and is said to treat every cyst with care, that it could have been true 10-15 years ago but he adds zero personal touch now and just has a xoniuter spit out strange quotes for way too much money and for stuff I donâ t agree I wanted or needed for the problem I wanted addressed. Advanced Water Systems came out and humbly asked for my business never once bragging that they are the best, but after this project I think they are.

Steve was as nice as can be, but I have been unable to make contact with him since he left my house. Nada, Zilch, Nein, No contact. I am attempting to refi and needed this completed in a week. I will have to call a secondary company.

Expert and courteous installation. Everything just as expected and went smoothly from reviewing and discussing the bid to contract execution through installation. Highly recommended.

WOW! I am so impressed with the installation and quality so far from this product. I chose them because of the Kinetico reputation for water softeners and because I immediately liked Brandon in sales. The installation with Mark was no less excellent. They sent me a former Marine for install! I could not ask for any better than that. I have had issues with high Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium for 15 at this house in Hillsborough, NC. I am hoping this new system with help with a bladder condition I developed 7 years ago, Interstitial Cystitis - no one knows what causes it but some suspect bad well water. Keeping my fingers crossed, but at any rate I LOVE having clean and non-hard water now. I am beyond pleased with this company. Brandon and Mark are awesome, professional, patient, kind, and thorough, and I suspect others there are too. I truly enjoyed their company and they are quality guys. THANK YOU.

I worked with Greg Lee and he went above and beyond to check out our water problems (VERY HARD water). The system was installed and he has checked on it several times and come out to sanitize the lines to help with the "rotten egg" smell. I would definitely recommend Advanced Water Systems.

Craig was a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and professional. Our water tested good but very acidic. We previously had a home at the beach that had a Kinetico system. Kinetico is the best water treatment system. Simple operation that doesn't require any electrical connections.

About a year ago I thankfully came across Mike Burch at the Raleigh Home Show. He came out to the house, tested my water, and educated me about the results and which equipment would be best for my situation (which wasn't the most expensive). I needed some time to get my finances in order and there was no hard pressure sale from Mike. He understood and told me that he would be there when I was ready. So about 2 months later I was ready and gave him a call. My old softener was in an inconvenient location so the installer moved the plumbing lines and installed the system in a much more convenient location for free. All of the workmanship was top notch as well. The water softener has been installed for about a year now and it has been worth every penny. We noticed a huge difference immediately in the quality of our water. Today was the first time salt was added to the system and it only took 6 bags. I was using 2 bags per month with the cheap Lowes water softener and the water quality was terrible. If you are trying to decide whether or not to use Kinetico just do it. They only sell superior products that are designed to last a lifetime. And if you want to deal with an honest, extremely knowledgeable person who won't pressure you into a bunch of stuff you don't need then ask for Mike Burch. You will be thankful you did.

This is a great system! I am extremely satisfied with the value for the product. It is superior to other water treatment systems in many ways and cost less! It's a lifetime product. The service providers were on time, professional, polite, and neat. The followup visit covered everything I needed to know to enjoy and maintain my system. I could not be happier..

Advance Water Systems tech came right out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He did not have the part so we had to wait for the part to come in, but when the part arrived he came back and fixed the water softener within about 20 minutes. Excellent service!

He was in my service area a day before my job was scheduled & he called & asked if it would be ok to come out that day & I said it would be fine since I planned to be home anyway. OUR CHLORINATION SYSTEM WAS EXPENSIVE, BOTHERSOME TO MAINTAIN, & DID NOT ADDRESS OUR HARD WATER PROBLEMS. THE KINETICO FILTER SYSTEM & WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM HAS ELIMINATED THE IRON AND HARD WATER FROM OUR WELL WATER. THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SOFTENER SYSTEM IS MINIMAL (THE ADDITION OF SALT EVERY FOUR TO SIX MONTHS) & THE FILTER SYSTEM REQUIRES NO MAINTENANCE. THE ADVANCED WATER SYSTEM PERSONNEL WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & PROFESSIONAL. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH AWS HAS BEEN MOST PLEASANT& WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, & THEIR PRODUCT, TO ANYONE WITH WATER PROBLEMS.

Great customer service and knowledgebale technitian. I believe they have the best water softener systems too - they are just out of my price range. I would certainly call on them to sevice my softener again.

I purchased a system over the Ineternet & hired Advanced Water System to install it. They showed up on time & performed the work in a very professinal maner. They made sure they did not track any dirt into the house. They cleaned up all the debris. I would definiatly hire them again to perform work in my home
