Matt was very communicative throughout the process. For his initial visit, he arrived when he said he would, and when it was time to do the work, he was able to arrive early! He was honest and forthright about when he could do the work, exactly how much it would cost, and how long it would take. We had a new water heater within two days of my initial inquiries. I will definitely call Arcane Plumbing Solutions the next time I need a plumber!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Matthew Kilgore was at my home the morning I called about my hot water heater needing replaced. Within an hour of my accepting his bid to do the work, he had a new water heater tank at the house and started work on removing and installing the new unit. It was a laborious job that took 4-5 hours. He is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend calling Matthew for any plumbing services. He is definitely a professional!

Solve my water pressure issue due to water softener, I may need to clean water flow through water softener, because we donâ t have this problem before , He is very helpful and try all best to find the issue.
