Worked until late late into the the evening the prior evening trying to install my ecobee voice thermostat. Wrong, and missing tools. Do with 30 degrees outside, and an unhappy wife inside. I decide to try again thenext day. Called for help, left VM around lunch time. Craig called back to say he would try to get by before end of daybut, it is late, and he is on the other side of Raleigh. (New Year's Eve Tomorrow) Cold again tonight. Craig calls later, on his way, after much tribulation, gets the thermostat working, and I offer to program so that he can go home to his family. He refuses, until the job is finished, and working properly. A few bumps in the programming, so glad he stayed around! Excellent Customer Service. I am so grateful. About 30 hours later, and the system is performing beautifully.

They were able to work me into their schedule less than 24 hours after I submitted my request and less than 4 hours after talking with someone from the company. They employees were very kind and quickly completed the job.
