I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Brandon for the outstanding job he did when he came to fix my HVAC system. He was incredibly professional from start to finish—punctual, respectful, and clearly very experienced. His knowledge and honesty were truly appreciated, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. It’s not every day you come across someone so dependable and thorough. Highly recommend his work!

Happy they were available the next day and able to get AC unit up and running. Quote went up significantly at end of visit for us. Service time was an hour or less. Quoted $85 service visit and $175 for replacement of dual run capacitor ($25 for part, rest was expertise with install) I agreed and expected around $260 for bill. He asked to use my water hose to cool system and got things going. Next he went inside to test air flow vents and all was working. He then prepped the invoice and added $85 fee for cooling unit. Never discussed or mentioned there was a fee so I was surprised but he said it was the norm. Final bill $370. We needed air so glad it’s done. Also went into the backyard before I arrived then asked if it was ok. Fortunately I didn’t have any pets so it worked out and i was less than 5 minutes out. He ran over at first appt so he had a later arrival but it was in the window quoted. Stressful when our AC went out but thankful that we’re back up and working again.

I messaged him late Friday and I received a call back immediately. came over next day and understood and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. very affordable and the guy was really helpful and understanding with kids. best ac repair in angier.

Raymond responded surprisingly quick upon posting on Angi. I appreciated his quick and accurate assessment of the problem. Then provide a solution.

Raymond was willing to come out at 8pm on a Saturday to look at our AC unit. We noticed our AC was staying above 70 regardless of what we tried with the thermostat. Raymond came out within 45 minutes of the call and had it diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes of arriving. We will definitely be using RPS Mechanical Services and Raymond going forward for regular maintenance and any other issues that pop up. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable - thank you, Raymond!

I called RPS Mechanical on the twentieth of February. They came out despite the road conditions. We talked a bit and Raymond told me the unit was shot. He got us emergency heat so we would not freeze over the weekend. He received the new unit on Monday and scheduled for Tuesday morning and before noon, they were finished. Raymond came back and explained how to use the thermostat. He is very friendly yet very professional. I'd give this company a ten on a 0 to 10 scale where zero a big zero. Great job and good people.

Raymond was on-time, diagnosed my issue with my gas pack within a few minutes, got the part and had my heat back on within 2 hours. Fairly priced, professional, I will definitely contact this company again for any HVAC needs.

Did a professional job. There are seniors in our house that is at risk for COVID and he put on his own N-95 mask (so I did not have to give him one). Major props for being considerate.

Raymond came to my house to investigate an intermittent natural gas leak. (A previous contractor had tried to sell me a new furnace without any proof of where the issue was.) Raymond was methodical and diligent in his debugging of the issue over the course of two visits and provided the minor repair immediately upon isolating the issue. Trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable.

Raymond came to my house at night when I needed my a/c fixed for health reasons. He is clean cut, professional yet personable and diagnosed the issue within 5min and had it repaired & cooling in 10! He was like an angel sent from above with how quick, easy and smooth it went. I plan on referring him to everyone/anyone who needs an honest reliable a/c service. I plan on having him come back in 2 weeks to perform a tune up, service of my HVAC system, which is only 6 years old, but hey, even Trane's need maint. check ups.

I have been without A/C for about a week went on Facebook marketplace 𠤦ð ½â â ï¸ ð ¤ and after 2 so called Hvac companies come out and charged to come out the problem still persisted. I try Angieâ s list and I go with the first recommendation without looking at reviews. The owner personally called me back and understood my frustration and came the same day to inspect the unit. Less than 15 min the problem was diagnosed the very reasonable was agreed upon and the work was done in less than an hour. The owner was very professional and answered every stupid question I had lol even gave my son some advice about his future.
