They worked with us to get not only the heating and air conditioning unit installed they also were able to change out our electric service pannel. I have recommended them to others for work they need replaced. I will continue to recommend them to others because of the work they did for us.

The installation was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

Quick service installing HVAC system and competitive pricing. However, customer service failed badly. 1) I had to chase them several times to send a final invoice sent 2) After several calls they still didn't register the warranty. I ended up doing the warranty registration myself given the timeline requirement to get it done with Trane 3) Over a month after install RR still hadn't scheduled the town inspections on the unit. After several calls to RR with no response I ended up having to call the town to get the inspections completed. Conclusion: The owner needs to shake up his back office staff to avoid concerns about simple admin procedures.

These people were outstanding starting with their estimate technician up to their install technicians. They truly live up to the word of "Customer Service".

Other bids were not creative in finding a solution. Only Rapid Repair's Rep., Tim, put together a solution that fit our needs and budget. He was a real pro.

I really like the front end support from their GM, and the Sales Rep so far. The crew arrived today for a water heater install, and a new hvac. The scheduling and the work so far has been seemless, and very smooth. They have had electricians, plumbers, hvac, and part delivery guys all coordinated like a fine tune machine. The attitude of everyone has been great. I was contemplating between Rapid Repair and Environment A/C, but went with Rapid Repair. Environmental had a better quote, and was no hassle pricing. I liked the owner/operator, John, who showed up and gave me the best deal for a Carrier, split unit comfort series. I gave Rapid Repair an opportunity to match, and they were close but slightly higher. The main decision for me to go with Rapid Repair was the follow up from their GM, Dave, and Tim Pollock, the Sales rep. Also, they threw in an install for a new 50 Gal. Elec. water heater close to cost. Since I needed both jobs, I decided to go with Rapid Repair. They are a bigger shop and with great online reviews, it made sense to go with a single shop. Also, the backend support if I needed repairs was a big factor. Trane comes with 10 years limited warranty, and Rapid added two years of Labor. I asked them about the transferring the warranty to a new owner, and they said that the warranty followed the device. Lastly, I did not have to register the warranty, al of that was handled by their back office. One less thing I had to worry about. I don't want to disclose the total price for the 3 ton Trane xr14 installation with a Rhem Water Heater, but I can say with certainty, it would be a tough price to beat. Considering that they are a big shop, but willing to stay competitive with the smaller shop, I was really impressed. I spoke with my Realtor from Keller, Matt Pedin. and his feedback on the price is really great. The range of price found online, it shows that the price I was quoted was really competitive. Great Value, and Ease of transaction, can't ask for anything more. Highly recommend their team for your new hvac and heat pump needs. Thanks Rapid Repair.

When my Customers need anything done they call on me to get the job done for them. after contacting Home Advisor (Member Co. since 2005) Rapid Repair Experts contacted me right away, the home needed a new A/C unit base on 90s heat outside. I spoke with Tim, I told him it was a Emergency, he wasted no time! They installed her unit the next business day, this company send you name/pic. who will be at your home! The new unit was installed in 5 hrs. I met with the guys Jason, Dave and Don. All was very GREAT to work with they cover all my needs. I have found the Company I will used for my ALL MY Clients! While no one enjoys large expenditures, Rapid Repair Experts made the installation of 2 new Heating and Air systems a seamless and easy experience. They accurately defined our needs, offered the best priced solution and completed the installation in one day! I appreciate the attention to detail that was displayed throughout the process from the estimate appointment to installation. The ease of billing and the necessary followup to ensure the warranty and and all available rebates are properly filed make for great customer service.

Process was easy. Installation was sloppy. But they rectified the problems immediately.

My air conditioner was replaced and everything went as planned. Professional service by two hard working men who installed it in one day. The rebate from Duke Energy and inspection process were easy to follow. Very satisfied with how things worked out.

They had the best price of 4 vendors, and participate in the Duke Energy rebate program, which 2 vendors did not. 1 day install of both heating and A/C units and the city inspector said it was a very good install.

Very professional and provided all service needed, didn't try to sell me anything.
