I have used Jassanee HVAC twice before. Excellent service. Last week I called late (maybe 5pm) because our split system was not working properly. I expected a service call next day at the soonest. AJ called quickly and was available at a good time. We recently bought our home and the HVAC system had not been serviced for a long time. He arrived on time and assessed our needs, gas furnace servicing now and repositioning of some venting pipes that interfered with the filter access. He was friendly and through. AJ will come back this spring to service the AC and get it up to optimal working condition. He did check the AC to confirm its size with our square footage was correct. Mostly it is dirty and low on refrigerant. Good to know. We feel confident he and his company will provide superior service for our needs.

Jassanee did a great job fixing my AC leak as well as cleaning out my outside unit. There turned out to be a clog in the drain pipe that I discovered a few days later and he came back out the same day and got it fixed free of charge. I don t know much about pricing, so I can t tell you if it was priced too high or not, but he explained all the fees to me. He did round labor hours up to the next hour, but that may be a normal practice too.

He is very thorough and fare. Excellent service. He is also right there if you have an emergency and need him urgently. I strolngly recommend him.

A thunderstorm had knocked out our 2nd floor A/C. Jassanee responded very promptly to our request - he came out the same night as we had requested the service and got the A/C back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and courteous and I would recommend him 100%!
