So I was comfortable all weekend because of his concern. He fixed the problem with in a half an hour. Also because of the Pandemic, I really appreciated his effort to stay far away from me and to not come into my house. We communicated by phone or at a great distance outside. "Still waiting for a call back after initial visit. They were to move forward but no time schedule yet and A/C not working. As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied.
