The entire experience was awful, I’m not convinced my new system is even installed correctly so I guess I’ll have to wait for it to fail so a real professional can come tell me.

Had some issues with the installation and it took several months for them to correct the problem. They did not clean up after installation and I still have sharp edges exposed that are just asking to cut a child, pet or an adult. When I told them about it they basically told me to clean up and to cut the sharp edge myself. Not a very good company to do business with.

The unit is still working. I have been very pleased with them. I have them over every year for service. They are very good and responsive. They come in the time frame they say they are going to come in. The workers were friendly and professional. They left the area clean.

Have been using them for about 10 years. They installed it for whoever the previous owner was and they agreed the honor the warranty that they had for the original homeowner, even though we were the new purchasers and so we just stuck with them. We were going to use them, we wanted to make sure we had a service plan in place, since they were the ones who installed it.

We had them install the system when we bought the house, so we have stuck with them. They come out twice a year to do the annual check-up on the heating and air conditioning. We have an annual agreement with them. I don't know if they are lowest in town, but I'm satisfied with it. They are professional, do a thorough job, and make sure that the unit doesn't have any problem running with their regular maintenance.
