This was one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Spoke with Bruce on a Friday and the following day which obvious it was a Saturday he and his crew were at my home ready to work. His professionalism is outstanding. I'm was totally impressed with the degree of professionalism and responsiveness from Hayes HVAC LLC. Prior to calling Hayes HVAC, I called an HVAC company I used last year which is a large organization and they said due to the volume of service calls they wouldn't be able to come out to my home until the end of the week. Hayes HVAC came out to my house the same day. My AC system was analyzed and the AC system problem was thoroughly explained to me. This was the first time a service technician showed me his personal documentation and gave me options to pick from for repair. If you're sick of the large HVAC companies, please consider trying HAYES HVAC LLC. and I'm sure you won't have any regrets! Finally, I have found an great company to support my HVAC needs!

They did a great job. They replaced my A/C system and convert my house from a single zone to a dual zone system. They stand behind their work. The best part was they did not try to over sell me on work that I did not need, like some of the other contractors who gave me quotes.

Bruce performed all the work and gave a detailed report when finished. I’m very appreciative of his work ethic, knowledge and dedication.
