Mike Works

Mike responded right away to my request and was available when I was available -- twice! (I accidentally cancelled my first appointment when I was sleepy). He came out and after trying several things, we both agreed that the reason my disposal wasn't working was because it tired out after 18 years. He went an purchased a new one and came back and installed it all within 1 1/2 hours. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

I was looking for a sturdy piece of furniture to hold my vinyl records. I had a very basic idea of what I was looking for and gave Michael artistic freedom for the rest of it. He kept in contact with me as he was building to allow me to make the final decision on some things, like whether it was held together by hardware or by wedge joints. I went with wedge joints and couldn't be happier. I liked the work so much that I then had him build be a small custom sized stool to sit on in front of the records. I will absolutely be hiring him again to build me something else.

He came promptly to give me an estimate. He was on time and when he said it would be completed by noon the next day, it was completed by 10:00 the next day. Best I have dealt with. Had energy!

The repairs were completed to a high quality where it is not noticeable that a repair was done. Good at communicating how the fix will be done and setting expectations.
