"I used Streamline Services to replace my HVAC system and to install insulation on the ductwork in my basement in August 2024, and unfortunately that was an extremely expensive mistake. We have since had them out 7 times that I have record of to repair issues related to the ductwork insulation, at extreme disruption to mine and my husband’s jobs which are based in our home, and on 2 of those occasions they also had a manager supervising. It’s the least of my concerns at this point but they left a mess each time they came, insulation scraps and screws all over the place and tape stuck to the floor. After all that, the insulation has never been properly adhered to the ductwork and has fallen down repeatedly, there are multiple areas all over our basement where the fiberglass insulation is exposed and where the tape has visibly lifted and the insulation is just resting on top of the duct. Their communication is somehow even worse than their workmanship. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager about a refund since December (I have record of 10 such inquiries I made in that time) and I’ve either been ignored or told that someone will call me and it never happens. They did give me a refund that amounted to roughly 8% of what I paid for the duct wrapping about two weeks ago, without contacting me or letting me know which I found odd, however that is not at all reflective of what I should be refunded after all of this and I think they just did it in hopes that I would leave them alone. I really wanted to resolve this with them amicably and have been exceedingly patient with them but unfortunately that goodwill hasn’t been reciprocated. We paid for our ducts to be wrapped and sealed and I think it’s clear we didn’t get what we paid for."

If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade.
