Debbie asked a few questions to make sure she understood my requests which I appreciated. They worked from the top down dusting fans and blinds, cleaning furniture and vacuuming carpets. Carpet Care showed up on time, did a very detailed job, and even gave us an honest answer about the stains. He was very upfront that they were in the pad and that we could clean and clean but they would come back. I really appreciate the honesty. "Where have we come to in 2022? What should be the norm is now entirely unexpected. It was thus a very pleasant surprise to have an honest, individual to deal with. Having moved into a new house which had not been appropriately taken care of by the previous owner, we thought we needed to have our fireplaces and chimneys cleaned prior to installation of fireplace doors.
