Mark was great to work with, very responsive for calls and emails, and his bid was the best and most affordable of the 3 bids I got. He was also the only bid that came out and actually looked at my house, gave me good information on how to handle the asbestos safely, and was able to schedule the abatement within a week. He sealed off the area he was working in and had the fan going to blow out any potential airborne asbestos. He cleaned up thoroughly after finishing his work and the floors look so much better! I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again, although I hope I don't come across any more asbestos.

Mark did an excellent job. The pipes are clean of asbestos. He did the job over four days. He was nice, professional and easy to work with. I would readily recommend him to anyone who needs the same kind of work done. The cost was not cheap but it was less than other bids, and I got a gut-level feeling that he would do a great job compared to the other options. When all's said and done, I'm very happy.

Met with Mark and he gave an estimate and a thorough explanation of how the work would be done. He went out of his way to coordinate the work around our vacation time and the date that the siding company could begin the installation of the new siding. The crew showed up on time, was very professional and the quality of the work was top notch. They pointed out a a small termite presence and a couple of areas of rot. They worked a bit extra to get it all done in one day. Mark was onsite and personally saw to it that everything was done as promised. He then followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We bid this out and Mark had a significantly better price, but there was absoutely no compromise on the quality of the work. Mark and his crew were thorough and professional and we would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to our family and friends.

Mark Miles and his crew discovered that the job was much more difficult than originally thought.  A job that was expected to take 4-5 hours ended up taking 8-9 hours.  Mark explained the situation, kept me informed and stayed and completed the work.  It was done right and we are very happy with the outcome.  We would use DemoPro again and would recommend Mark to anyone needing similar work.

We had new carpet purchased for one room of my fiancé's house. The carpet layers found asbestos tile on the concrete floor upon removing the old carpet. The installation had to be cancelled. This was on a Tuesday. I found DemoPro thru Angies List and called Mike. He was out that same day and submitted a proposal to save the day. The asbestos tile is now gone 6 days after it was discovered and at a reasonable cost. Thank you Mike.

They were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They did what they said they would do. I had 5 to choose from, and they were great so I went with them. It was a very good experience and ended up costing less than I thought! It was done very fast and efficiently and I would recommend them.

Very well.  Mark and his team were very professional, he was easy to contact for questions, and on time. He got the whole basement done in a day and a half when some others gave me a min of week estimate. Excellent price for excellent quality. A pleasure to work with as well. Removed 3,000lb cast iron boiler, cast iron piping, old toilet, about 60 ft of wood wall, cleanup & disposal. They did forget one pipe and old toilet to take for disposal, but overall everything went very well and nothing that needed to stay seems to have been damaged
