"The owner of the company showed up on time and was very friendly. He answered all my questions and then did a great job getting rid of the pet odor smell in my carpet. I had a new pup and was having trouble with potty training him. I had tried every kind of chemical and nothing was getting rid of the smell. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but I decided to try having it professionally cleaned. I was so happy that even a few weeks later, there is still no trace of the pet urine smell!
