"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. He went to the local manufacturer's distribution and got a third one and it didn't work either so he went and got me a brand new upgraded unit and a discount for all the inconvenience. He's a good guy and I have no complaints whatsoever. "I had 2 pieces of fascia blown off in a wind storm.  I called several companies to get estimates, but every company I called either told me they were too busy, the job was too small or they just did not call me back.  I called Morning Star on Wednesday afternoon and received a call back within the hour.  I explained what I needed (I originally thought it was siding) and Melissa asked if I could send her a picture.  I sent a picture and within 5 minutes she called me back, told me exactly what it was, and told me how many feet I would need.  She also explained that they guys were very busy, but she thought they could fit me in sometime in the next week as the crew would be in the area.  Friday she came by my house to do a color match and the guys showed up on Saturday to replace the pieces (after she texted me and asked if that was OK).  They did an excellent job and were done in about an hour and a half, including clean up.  It looks fabulous and the color matches perfectly.  I can't say enough good things about her and this company.  She was very responsive and even game me pointers about caulking some pieces in the siding where there were gaps.  I will definitely use them in the future as we have some doors that need to be replaced.
