"The supervisor of the crew was very professional and always let me know what was happening before they did it. Miguel was very easy to work with and made sure that I was happy with the system before the crew left. He also always informed me when the back yard would be open so I would not let the dogs out! "I hired Daniel to trim the shrubs around my house. His price was very competitive, and he could do the work within a week, so I hired him. He did the work but did not remove all of the clippings, and evidently, he used his mower to remove some of the clippings, which resulted in several bald spots in my yard. He offered to come seed the spots and remove the clippings, but...he has gone silent now that I have paid him. I GET IT!!! Trust is earned!"
