"While mowing my lawn, I noticed a puddle of water that wouldn't go away. After the city confirmed it wasn't their issue, I reached out through HomeAdvisor and marked the request as urgent. Chris responded almost immediately and came out on Saturday to assess the problem. Since the parts store had already closed, he returned first thing Monday morning with the necessary parts and quickly fixed the issue. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Chris not only repaired the leak but also took the time to make a few additional adjustments and improve the area, leaving it looking better than before. "King Rose Landscaping came out to my house and gave me an ESTIMATE on YARD CLEANUP.The person giving the estimate was VERY PLEASANT and LISTENED to what I wanted to have done.
