"Great experience with Sewer Surgeon!"

"Lucas and Damion were awesome when they came to help us with our sewer needs. The project was larger than anticipated but they stayed over time and worked so hard to find a solution. We were very impressed at their dedication and customer service and fully trust in them for future services if needed."

"Brayden arrived sooner than expected but gave a heads up phone call he was on his way, so not surprised. I Thought I had a clogged sewer pipe in the basement. Did a lot of testing but could get water to back up. Said that there does not appear to be any clogging issue. Gave me two optional estimates or quotes to either treat the drains or do a complete clean-out just in case, no pressure, said no thanks for now but we would watch and call we had evidence of clog. Said no charge. :)"

"I called Gash Plumbing and they were here the next day. The guy was professional and worked really hard to clean and empty our septic tank. He went well above just placing a hose and pumping out. I will use them again."

"Quote was reasonable compared to others. Work was done same day, Derrick explained options and what he'd do and materials used. Derrick cleaned up afterwards and I'm a happy customer 😁"

"I had the owner Jacob over to the house on more than one occasion. He changed out my blower motor on my central air. He fixed my hot water heater on 2 separate occasions. He did a service call on my outside unit got it all cleaned up and functioning properly. Jake has came to the rescue when I clipped my thermostat wire with my weed eater. He installed a complete unit top to bottom including new line sets and proper wiring at a rental house for my sister. I highly recommend this company."

"They were on time and the estimate was almost to the dollar. Came in quick and was fast and cleaned after himself. Did a great job."

"I recently hired Ralph and his crew to handle a flooding issue in my basement. They did an excellent job resolving the problem by lining the main drain line to remove and prevent future tree root blockages. They also took on additional work, including moving the plumbing stack and doing a rough-in for a future bathroom in the basement. Ralph was also a huge help in setting up financing, and the price was very reasonable ?not too expensive for the work done. Communication before and after the service was great, although there were some misunderstandings during the process, which led to minor missteps from both sides. Still, Ralph was professional enough to acknowledge and correct these issues, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am satisfied with the results and would recommend Ralph and his crew for their quality of work, commitment to fixing any issues, and their fair pricing. Definitely looking forward to work with them to finish up the plumbing in my basement in the near future!"

"The crew is very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They take great care while working and leave the work area neat and clean."
