"Paul was very punctual and professional when he came over to give me an estimate. He kept constant communications throughout the progress of the project and completed in the time that he estimated. He took the time to show me what I needed to know about the new door he installed and how to operate the springs. He also made sure to buy all the parts including a lock that I didn't know I needed so I wouldn't have to go back to the hardware store later and have to deal with an incomplete project. What set HC Design apart from the others is Cornell not only called but sent me a text message after 11pm which told me he is really about getting the job done. I responded at 11:45 pm and he texted me back after midnight saying he could get our doorbell in later that day. I was definitely sold on Cornell and HC Design. The price was right! Mark showed up, immediately identified the issue, proceeded to install the doorbell and all within 45 minutes. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy. Cornell followed up with a phone call since he was unable to make it due to being delayed at another job. I am definitely going to hire HC Design again for a couple other jobs we need done.
