I know the ice maker for the frig was $103 from Sears for a Kenmore frig, That means in my way of thinking the cost to install was a lot for a simple install. I thought the $69 service charge was included in the overall cost when I requested they do the job if the cost was going to be more than the $69, That's not how it works however. The way it works is that they have a standard charge for the job they do that has nothing to do with the service charge. I did not understand that when I hired them. My bad.
