Service with them was terrible. He ordered the needed parts from Delta. I called him when the parts came in and he kept putting me off. Yesterday I sent him a text message and asked him when he was coming or if I should find someone else. He texted back I should find someone else. I gave him a $135 check. All he did was take the cartridge out of my faucet and leave it out.

After getting a few astronomical quotes from larger plumbing outfits, I decided to go the route of a handy man. Don with Super Handy Man, was the first to reach out. After a few conversations about the projects he was able to quote me a price that was very reasonable and affordable. We scheduled the work, he showed up on time, and did dang good job. He’s just as knowledgeable as he is a stand up guy. For future projects that are outside of my scope, I won’t hesitate to give Don a call.

He asked for my input when installing various items (fans, Nests, light switches, ceiling fans, etc.) and kept me informed of possible visual issues related to installation. Don was great! Very prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and knowledgeable about his craft. He installed a new outdoor faucet and did a great job. If you need plumbing help, I would definitely contact him.

Don was very professional and affordable. He finished my water pressure regulator and new faucet in under an hour. My only complaint is that the drain for my sink he worked on has been leaking for over a week and he hasn't come back out to look at it. Aside from that, I'm very happy with Don's work and will hire him for more projects in the future.
