We have 1000's of customers and hundreds of 5-star reviews on Google, Home Advisor, and Angie's List with only a few less than 5 stars and we are A+ Certified with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). For the most part, most customers don't go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to review companies as Google is the most important review platform and where most customers go to look for reviews. The BBB's main focus is dispute resolution which is why we have very few negative or positive results on their web platform. We are truly proud of our customer satisfaction rating (4.9 out of 5.0 scale on Google) with the volume of business we do our negative feedback is very minimal. As a service business, I promise that our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction with a true focus on taking care of our customer's needs. Our company is built around customer service and it is at the forefront of our values. As a result of Covid, and for the safety of our customers and employees along with changes in our industries standards we upgraded our quarterly pest control service to include 2 bands of liquid on the exterior plus granules on every service. On the initial service and quarter 1, we also perform interior service as well. These changes have been made in an effort to more effectively prevent and manage the covered species included in your quarterly service warranty from entering your home all while being focused on environmental concerns of chemical overuse. As always your warranty allows for FREE callbacks for the covered species. If at any time you need an interior service we are just a phone call away. The idea behind doing quarterly pest control is to prevent the covered species from entering your home. Therefore the most crucial part of your quarterly pest control service is effective and timely exterior service. Our goal is not to be killing bugs on the interior of your home but to instead prevent them from entering your home. Our pricing is very competitively priced and in most cases falls well below our competitors. Also, note that with our enhancements we are providing more service at the same rate and our warranty remains the same. Also, in an effort to prevent any confusion all of our quarterly services require a signed service agreement showing what species are covered, the quarterly pricing, the coverage period, and the warranty details. All Quarterly customers are notified via email and text message notifying them of the exterior service starting several days prior to the service date. The exterior services are untimed appointments meaning that they don't hold exact appointment times as they are exterior only and are only meant to notify the customer we are coming and will be on their property on a given day. In an effort to maintain your warranty and keep your service agreement in effect we offered to treat your exterior and return free of charge at a time that worked with your schedule to treat your interior. You stated that you were not interested in continuing service and wanted to cancel your service agreement. As stated in your signed service agreement which includes credit card authorization, if you cancel your service agreement early you are still obligated for the remaining portion of the service fees. Please know that customer service is #1 to us and our goal every day is to provide unbeatable service at a reasonable price.
