Very impressed with the professional appearance and demeanor of the installers. They initiated a series of pre install checks around the home that solved some issues and found a few problems that needed to be solved before they started. On top of going the extra mile, the install was successful and I'm a very satisfied customer. The manager was responsive and accommodating. I put in a request to Angie for someone to come and replace my kitchen sink which was damaged. I received a response from the provider and spoke to a representative named Connor spelled KONNER.. I explain to Connor the service needed, which was the replacement of my kitchen sink. Explain to him that I had a new sink that I purchased from Home Depot to be placed in place of the old sink. Connor then gave me a quote of $225 and we did at that time set up a time for the company to come out and do the reinstall of the kitchen sink, once the worker arrived at my house, he immediately asked to see the new sink which I showed him the box he acquired was, where was the Fossett and I explained to him that it was a one piece unit. The worker told me that he was not here to install a sink but only replace the faucet and I told him that was incorrect. I informed the worker that per me and Connors discussion that he knew that it was filled for Will at new sink to be installed and not just a faucet. He did informed me that Connor was incorrect and that’s why he works in the office and not in the field quoting me a new price of $425 . I told him that this definitely was not what me and the representative from the company discussed he then left, so he did no work, and was really quite rude and very unprofessional. I have screen prints of our conversation and a copy of the email and text of me and the company representative that show that definitely the quote given was for a sink replacement and not installment of a faucet..

"We told the price for one fixture and when we got out to the home the customer wanted two fixtures installed. Tried working with the customer but they did not want it."

I got a new hvac, top of the line trane installed in 2019. My capacitor already blew on my compressor unit. It was one thing to charge me $200 for an after hours visit on a Saturday but then they wanted to charge me another $600 for the freaking capacitor and 5 min of labor! Surely the 5 min of labor should be part of the $200 house call! I would have accepted $100 for the $15 capacitor but I told them to keep it for $600! They told me the part was covered under warranty as well! So confused by this business! They told me if I swap my own capacitor the will void my warranty. At this point I’m curious what my freaking warranty would even cover?
