They were incredibly detail oriented and went above and beyond and repaired multiple air vents that were previously damaged. After the install, they went through my entire house to vacuum to make sure it was spotless by the time they left. I HIGHLY recommend them. They were on time, efficient, and did a great job. Nick & the other two installers were very polite, friendly & respectful. Nick even took a picture of our new attic exhaust fan so we could see the work they did. My new exhaust fan is whisper quiet too.

My Upstairs are Cool Again! The Koala Crew is very professional. They bring in their own blankets/carpets to place on your floors and steps so they do not dirty your house. The process of installing more installation went much faster than I thought it would. They cleaned up after themselves. Then within a few hours after they left with the help of my AC, the upstairs no longer felt humid. It was awesome. I knew we made the right decision to go with Koala.
