I had some old wiring that needed updated in my bathroom. Steve walked me through what the cause of the issues were and what he was going to do to fix them. He was very professional and set my mind at ease, with all my questions. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!

Steve was able to come right away. He diagnosed the issue pretty good then located the issue in a hour or so. Fixed the issue in a timely manner and under warm conditions as I pulled the air conditioners out the window in September. He also answered the questions and told us to give him a ring if any problems occur which we will sir. It's was a pleasure. Better then the previous ones we hired before that's for sure

Steve was prompt, courteous and professional. He asked about the problem and what I had done in trying to fix it. He then went about checking the circuit, eventually finding that a connection to the outlet in the ceiling of the garage for the door opener was loose. After spending a Saturday trying to figure out the problem, hiring Steve was money well spent. I would not hesitate to use him again and am happy to recommend him.

Steve did very good work and was very fast in fixing this problem, which was sort of an emergency. Trying to get help here in Washington, I could not even get someone else on the phone. He came out immediately and fixed the problem. And he was very knowledgeable in answering questions.
