I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

I received a quote 2 days later and they were out to fill it within a month. The hardest part was finding a dry day! I highly recommend this company!"

I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly.
