"I was having trouble with one of the zones in my house with our alarm we purchased with ADT Premier Provider. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. Mark showed up, immediately identified the issue, proceeded to install the doorbell and all within 45 minutes. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just a really nice guy. Cornell followed up with a phone call since he was unable to make it due to being delayed at another job. I am definitely going to hire HC Design again for a couple other jobs we need done.
