"When we asked them to come over and give us a bid they were able to come over within a few days. The bid took about five days to get. After talking to two other vendors we thought Jeff's bid was well priced and they provided the most consultation during the estimate visit. We had to wait because we had other work done before the tile work could be done. Jeff worked with us to get on the schedule and made it very easy to accommodate the other work we were having done beforehand. They arrived a bit early and got right to work. We did a walk-through before the work started to make sure all my questions were answered and that I need the process would be. The basement was sectioned off with plastic so the areas they weren't working in wouldn't be affected. The furnace was wrapped and shut off. The work went quickly and smoothly.
