They are wonderful. They are really competitive in pricing and they do a beautiful job. The entire process took 4 days since there is some drying time involved. Right from the craftmanship to the people they sent out for work, everything would be an A.

I call the office the set up an appointment for an estimate. The owner Jim came over to give us the estimate. He explained the process and took measurements. We received his bid the next day by e-mail. I called the office to schedule and was told what week they would be able to do my floors. On the day the refinishing started two workers showed up and sanded the floor and prepped it for stain. They gave me 3 different options to look at based on what we had takes about before hand. I choose the nutmeg color. They put on the stain and waited for it to dry and they put on the first coat of poly. The next morning they same two guys returned and put on the second coat. They told me when I could walk on the floor and to wait a certain number of days before placing furniture back on the floors. I was required to put 1/2 down to start the job and 1/2 after completion. I received care instruction in the mail with my final bill and you can call their secretary over the phone to pay by credit card. They did a great job and my floors look amazing since they where completely worn to start with. The guys forgot to put pegs in the old cable holes and one section of the bedroom close to the far wall felt ruff so Tony (one of the partners) came over and measured the holes for pegs and fixed the area of the floor that felt ruff. He returned a day later with the pegs and installed them and told he to call if I had any issues.

The results are magnificent, and the team they brought in ranged from 7 to 1 depending on what was being done.

They cleaned up very day, and were very accommodating, even when there were a few minor changes. There was one item that needed fixing after they left, and that was taken care of quickly. We would recommend them to others, we are very happy customers.

Tony came out to the house to give me an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremly friendly. He gave me a very competive quote so I decided to go with them. They were easy to work with and Amy at the office was more than happy to answer all of my millions of clarification questions. I had a very tight time frame of when I needed to get the work done. They were very kind and with short notice were able to fit me in the exact time that I was looking for.
The two guys who came to do the work were extremly nice and did an amazing job. My 100 year old wood floors look absolutely AMAZING!

My husband is the picky detail oriented one and I'm Mrs. get-er-done. We wanted solid hardwood rather than prefinished since it can be refinished many times and no micro-bevels inbetween the slats. The choices and quality of flooring at Creative Hardwood Flooring, and the knowledge, experience and patience of the sales team and installers more than met our needs. We had the flooring in the master done at a later date so we didn't have to move as much furniture at once. They were able to complete both jobs inbetween 2 rounds of house guests, and were even able to move the second install up by a week. The hickory looks beautiful and we've had many compliments already. Thanks Creative!

They did a very nice job. On time, nice quality work and the crew was very clean. price was kinda high, but you get what you pay for. overall very happy with the flooring and re-finishing.
