"My roof was installed with defective "organic" shingles when the house was built and after less than 10 years the shingles were curling and blowing off in winds.
Priority stopped by to tell us they could help us get a new roof under our insurance due to the shingles being discontinued. We were skeptical since we tried this already but were shot down. We decided to give Priority a chance anyways. Unfortunately, we did not get the new roof the first (or second) time Priority talked with our insurance company. Then, after a particularly bad storm in which our roof was damaged significantly more, Priority was able to work with an adjuster through our insurance company to get the roof 100% replaced.
Priority was professional, fast, and courteous. While there was some debris left after the job, the site was left in better condition than by other companies that I've seen do work on other houses. We did have to call them to remind them to pick up leftover shingles (those above and beyond what they left for us to keep) but again they were courteous about it.
We are pleased with our new roof and pleased that Priority took the hassle out of negotiating with our insurance company.

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"When we asked them to come over and give us a bid they were able to come over within a few days. The bid took about five days to get. After talking to two other vendors we thought Jeff's bid was well priced and they provided the most consultation during the estimate visit. We had to wait because we had other work done before the tile work could be done. Jeff worked with us to get on the schedule and made it very easy to accommodate the other work we were having done beforehand. They arrived a bit early and got right to work. We did a walk-through before the work started to make sure all my questions were answered and that I need the process would be. The basement was sectioned off with plastic so the areas they weren't working in wouldn't be affected. The furnace was wrapped and shut off. The work went quickly and smoothly. The clean up was impressive. The guys who did the work were professional and courteous. It was an exceptional experience.

Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

Generally speaking, it is better to cut tile wet when using a fast-moving wet saw to reduce dust and chipping. However, tile can be cut dry when using just about any cutting tool. Dry cutting will result in a bigger mess and may increase the risk of chipping or cracking, but if you’re just making small cuts, dry cutting is a safe and viable option. Cutting dry also means you can apply tile grout sooner, so it’s better for rushed projects.

The number of boxes of tile you need depends entirely on the amount of tile in each box or case. Different manufacturers package their tiles differently, and boxes contain different amounts of tile depending on the size, shape, and material. Often, the amount of area that a case will cover is listed in the product description. To calculate the number of boxes you need, take the total square feet of the space and divide it by the number of square feet the box will cover.

Yes, construction materials like tile, lumber, drywall, and hardware can be disposed of in a dumpster, just not in your regular garbage. As you’re planning your project, just make sure to rent the correct size of dumpster based on the scope of your needs and be aware of weight limits. Tile weighs a lot (along with other construction materials), and your costs could increase if you exceed the weight limit in your contract with the dumpster provider.

Yes, you can tile over existing shower tiles, but it's better to remove the old tiles first for the best results. Tiling over existing tiles requires a clean, level surface and proper adhesion. If the old tiles are in good condition, you can roughen the surface to improve adhesion. However, removing the old tiles ensures a smoother, longer-lasting finish and prevents potential issues down the line.

To maintain tile and grout, clean the surfaces regularly with mild, non-abrasive cleaners and wipe up spills promptly to prevent buildup. It is also important to reseal the grout every 1-2 years to maintain its durability.
