The stated arrival window was 9-11am and Gary arrived at around 9:20.  He quickly gave me an estimate and the price was better than any other estimate I had gotten.   He worked on my windows from 9:20 until after 3:30.  Some of this time was in the rain.   He was very aware of taking off his shoes when he entered the house.  He was courteous and quiet.  Both my husband and I work from home and we weren't interupted at all.

The glass required special work because of the beveled design in the glass (Vigro). It took a lot of back-and-forth to get times scheduled for the work to get done, but it was absolutely worth it.
