Lifetime Windows and Doors

I purchased 2 windows and 2 sliding doors from Lifetime Windows and Doors (before they expanded). I chose them because my neighbor had a positive experience, the lifetime warranty, and the interest free financing. I want to start by saying that I am very happy the Infinity by Marvin product. My low rating is for the poor service I have received from Lifetime. My windows and doors were installed at the end of September. The screens did not fit and one was broken during installation. The locks on the sliding doors were poorly installed. The screen door and one the window screens have been corrected, but I am still waiting for last screen to be replaced. They were able to repair one sliding door lock, but have been out multiple times to address the second. Last week I was told that maybe they could refill the crooked drill holes and make new ones. Otherwise, I would need a whole new door. I said that would be fine, but they would need to repaint as I already paid someone to repaint after the initial instillation. After each failed attempt, I wait for a call from my service coordinator and never get one. When I have called, I get a lot of excuses. I initially recommended the company to a friend, but now tell folks to stay away.

We chose Lifetime Windows to replace all of our windows (17) in our home. Chris Fout did an excellent job explaining the advantages they offered. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had them installed at the end of May 2023, and the team that did the installation did so impressively. They were professional, thorough and extremely courteous. We highly recommend Lifetime Windows in the Phoenix area to anyone looking for new windows. We also like the Infinity Window, which is the Marvin Window replacement offering and supported by Lifetime Window.

My wife and I wanted to replace our sliding glass doors to our backyard. We had 5 different companies come to our home to show us their products and give us their best price. We made the easy choice and went with Lifetime Windows and Doors. We were quite impressed with their product and customer service. Our door was manufactured and arrived sooner than expected. We were in constant communication with Lifetime Windows and Doors. We were scheduled for our installation and notified when the installers would arrive. The two person Cree arrived on time and explained the process to us. They were prompt, professional and perfectionists. Our door operates so smooth. We couldn't be happier with the colors and options we chose. Our door is sound deadening, much more energy efficient and keeps more sunlight out. The door feels so much cooler than our previous door. Everything has exceeded our expectations; from the design to the installation to the day to day functionality.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Placed order with this company on 10/4/2019 for two exterior patio doors. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they would receive the doors. Some how they ordered the wrong door, it was caught and what they left off required an additional two weeks. Requested update in November still waiting on manufacturer. Requested update in December and was told that the glass in one of doors glass was broken and they are trying to get an ETA from the manufacturer. The replacement door were supposed to arrive first week of January. Finally got confirmation the doors would arrive 1/21/2020 and they scheduled me for install 1/23/2020 between 7-8am. They no show the day of the install with no notification via phone or email. I tried to cancel in early January, but they wanted to keep some of my deposit. So I visited their office this morning to speak with their sales manager and he informed me they sent an email stating the work couldn't be completed and I would be refunded. He couldn't tell me when I could expect the refund. Through the nearly four months several phone calls and emails were sent due to their lack of communication which was crickets. Very Good...I would recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors. The salesperson answered our questions and showed us all the options. We had 17 windows installed. The Crew that come to our house was friendly, informative and experienced. It was a 2 day job and they finished on time. They explained the functions of our new windows and how to remove them for cleaning. We are extremely pleased with our new windows. We would recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors.

Not well; 1. The door we ordered was a French door, they shipped a sliding glass door. We had to agree to let them install it, because: a) the old door was already removed, and was no longer usable and b) we would have had to wait another 6 weeks to get the correct door. 2. We were given a refund of the difference, but it took a long time to get it. 3. The sliding glass door dose not fit well.

Amazingly. What a great company, top to bottom. It's the type of company you want to refer all of your friends and their friends to. From dealing sales staff and installers and everyone above, below and in between it was a really nice experience.
