"The window cleaner didn't have a tall enough ladder to clean exterior windows and had to borrow ours-that was tucked away and took a lot of time and effort to get to and put back. We had new double hung windows, where they could have been cleaned from this inside, however, the company preferred to use the ladder route due to time. Our window cleaner was very fast, however left many steaks and didn't get spots off some windows."
