I recently had Starbrite clean my windows inside and out. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly before Easter. Jesus was my service person and he did an excellent job. He was on time and worked thoroughly and quickly. I've had them do my windows a couple time before with the same results. They clean my daughters windows too and all at a reasonable price. We also have them do our Christmas lights and those are wonderful and again, at a reasonable price. Troy the owner takes pride in his company and he runs a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Easily scheduled interior window cleaning with Starbrite. Their technician, Josh, arrived on time and ready to work. He did an exceptional job - fast, complete, and detailed. He thoroughly cleaned the windows, tracks, and screens. Josh is definitely the most polite and courteous worker that I have used for various home projects. Highly recommend him and Starbrite.

From the time Starbrite came out to give the estimate to the day of cleaning they have been easy to work with. Jose did a great good on the windows and the front of our building. we will continue to use Starbrite for our window cleaning needs!

Window washer was 3-1/2 hrs. late (starting to get dark). He said there would be a 50% increase in the cost. I Said I would call Troy at Starbrite the next morning to reschedule. Left a message, and no one returned my call. This is after using Starbrite for 15 yrs. Will be going to another company.

Lastly, we like paying our employees livable wages...Our prices were very very affordable (low) for the last 10-15 so an increase is very appropriate. As of the 3.5 hours late. We give you a time frame of arrival which means we may not be there at the first time slot in that time frame. You were aware of this due to the fact you have been a customer for over 10 years. This is not about being "late", this is about the increased rates. We respect your"

The communication was excellent, from appointment scheduling through the day of the appointment and after the work was done. Jose did an excellent job on window cleaning and power washing of siding. The customer service from StarBrite is outstanding.
