"The Marsh technician came out on a Saturday morning after the blower on the furnace at our rental unit stopped operating. He fixed the problem and diagnosed a more serious pending concern. After discussing the matter with the company we proceeded with the replacement of the blower in order to prevent failure during the dead of winter.
